Quality & Assurance

ISO 9001 Certified

APT is one of the first companies in Singapore to be certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. It sets out the criteria for a quality management system in our sales, maintenance & servicing of technical equipment. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong focus, involvement of top management and continual improvement. Putting this standard in place is our way to ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services.

Bizsafe3 Certified

As part of the Bizsafe community, we are committed to workplace safety and health for our staff, customers and vendors. The company has put in place a Risk Management(RM) system which assesses the risk for work activities and processes.This system is being audited on a regular basis by external auditors to ensure the proper implementation of RM in the company.

Staff Training & Support

All our engineers are equipped with at least a Diploma in Engineering and years of relevant experience. On top of their formal education, they are exposed to continual training conducted in-house, locally and overseas to handle the demanding technical projects and servicing jobs.
Our custom-built Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system & Customer Relationship Management(CRM) software help keep track of quotations, purchase orders, sales invoices, etc to facilitate smooth project management and on-time delivery.
